“She is a fun, energetic teacher with a passion for education. She is dedicated and really cares about her students and it shows in her interactions with them. She demonstrates patience, kindness, and an engaging teaching style. She is always willing to help students after class. She motivates her students to be hands on with science, and is actively involved in their success. She has advocated to implement and teach Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) classes at Orion. She runs the Math Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) club after school every Monday. She has gone above and beyond to mentor these students and ensure they have the support they need to pursue a path towards a career in STEM. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she has had such a positive impact on many students lives. She is such a great role model and has such dedication. She deserves recognition for her dedication and going the extra mile to create a supportive learning environment for the students at Orion Jr. High.”
