The search for a golden Magic: The Gathering card has gamers flocking to local game stores.

Local store owner Nathan Nannenga says the golden card is part of a collaboration between Magic: The Gathering and Final Fantasy, a popular video game. There are only 77 golden cards, and some have been listed online for around $40,000.

Another local store owner says the hunt for the “Golden Chocobo” has brought many people into the store, and they sold out of cards in the first week of selling them.
