Video: Trump says he’s firing Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, but she says he can’t

President Trump is attempting to fire Federal Reserve Board Member Lisa Cook for cause, alleging that she committed mortgage fraud. Cook denies any wrongdoing. And says she’s saying that the President cannot fire her.

Greg and Holly discuss this issue and what to know about Cook’s role with Michael Kofoed, assistant professor of economics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a research fellow at the Institute of Labor Economics.
