“I just wanted to take a moment to shine a light on someone who makes our school truly special—Mrs. Kathleen LeBeau. With over 25 years in the classroom, she brings a level of experience and wisdom that is so helpful. But what impresses me most is how she’s never stopped learning or leading the way, especially when it comes to technology. While some might shy away from change, she’s the first to dive in, explore new tools, and then patiently guide the rest of us through the process. Our meetings wouldn’t be the same without her optimism and can-do attitude, especially now as we face a mountain of deadlines and new initiatives.
She’s not just organized—she’s prepared for anything and always thinking ahead, making sure no one is left behind. Her encouragement keeps us motivated, her hopefulness keeps us sane, and her kindness makes our school a better place every day. Mrs. LeBeau is the kind of teacher and leader who lifts everyone up, and I feel grateful to work with her and learn from her. Here’s to you, Mrs. Kathleen LeBeau—thank you for being the heart of our team and for showing us all what it means to lead with passion, grace, and a smile.”
