Mia Bailey sentenced after pleading guilty to murdering parents

SALT LAKE CITY — Mia Bailey was sentenced Friday to two terms of 25 years to life, after pleading guilty to two counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated assault.
Baliey’s parents were found dead in their Washington County home in June 2024, and she allegedly admitted to killing them.
The assault charge also carries a zero to five year sentence, and the judge ordered the sentences to be served consecutively.
