Video: Supreme Court hears arguments on state bans for transgender athletes in women’s sports

SCOTUS this morning heard two oral arguments about state bans on transgender athletes performing in women’s and girls’ sports. Both cases are being heard on the basis that a ban on participating infringes their rights.
