Man hit in fatal car crash in Millcreek identified

SALT LAKE CITY — The Unified Police Department released the name of the man killed while crossing the road in Millcreek Sunday night.

Anthony Araagon, 41, died after being hit by a truck Sunday night near 3900 S between 1200 and 1100 E in the Millcreek area.

According to police, Araagon wasn’t in the crosswalk and was transported to the local hospital in critical condition.
