Video: Utah looks to bring security to public college events and regulating open carry

The killing of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University last year has shaken the state of Utah. Questions have sparked about how much security should be required at public speaking events at College Universities.

Also, a proposal to prohibit the open carry of a firearm at large public gatherings, and the shooting at the No Kings Rally in Salt Lake City, which left one person dead, motivated this legislation.
