Four injured in motorhome rollover in Washington County

LEEDS, Washington County — Four individuals were sent to the hospital Sunday afternoon after their motorhome rolled on northbound Interstate 15, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
In a X post from the Utah Department of Transportation, the crash happened on Interstate 15 at mile marker 28.

Trooper Davies Sanchez with the UHP said the four occupants were ejected after the motorhome blew a rear tire, before driving towards the center median and rolling over.
UHP stated three of the occupants were injured, while one was in serious, but non-life threatening condition.
According to Trooper Sanchez, the single vehicle accident partially closed the northbound left lanes due to debris from the motorhome.
UHP said three occupants were transported to St. George Regional Hospital by ambulance, while one was transported by helicopter.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
