Fatal auto-pedestrian accident in Cottonwood Heights

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah — A 57-year-old man is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Cottonwood Heights on Thursday.
Cottonwood Height Police Department confirmed the man was hit while jaywalking in a dark area. He was also wearing dark clothing.
A 12-year-old boy was hit in the same area earlier this week.
