One dead and three injured in West Valley City crash

WEST VALLEY, Utah — One person is dead and two others are in critical condition after a crash in West Valley City on Friday.
Two cars crashed on 3100 South and 3200 West. West Valley City Police Department reports that the collision was between a passenger car heading north and an SUV traveling in an unknown direction. They said the driver of the passenger car was the only one in the vehicle and was not hurt.
There were four people in the SUV. They said one died, two are in critical condition, and one is in serious condition.
The circumstances of the accident are under investigation and no names or ages have been released.
