SALT LAKE CITY — Murray High School students will be extending their remote learning for longer than originally planned.
After a fire in the woodshop closed the school from Feb. 23-27, the school announced it would be extending the clean up by an additional two weeks.
Doug Perry with the Murray City School District said they anticipate being in remote learning until March 16.
While the classrooms are closed during the clean up, the school’s Spring Fling dance will still take place on Saturday, February 28 in the main gym.
