SALT LAKE CITY — Students at Olympus Junior High School are starting their day two hours later than usual after a non-credible bomb threat was made on the school.
“We do not believe this threat is credible,” said Andrea Stringham, who’s with the Granite School District. “But, out of an abundance of caution, we’re asking students not to come to school for two more hours.”
Stringham said the school was evacuated, and students and families were notified of a two-hour start time delay. During that delay, law enforcement will be conducting an investigation into the threat.
