Flooding forces closure of St. George Airport.

ST. GEORGE, Utah — The St. George Regional Airport was closed Wednesday evening due to flooding, according to the St. George Police Department.
All flights are being diverted. With additional rain expected, police are asking motorists to avoid this area.
In a post on X, the police department said, “Remember, turn around, don’t drown.”
No word on when the airport will reopen.
