Man found injured in road in Sandy

SALT LAKE CITY — A man was taken to the hospital in very critical condition after police responded to a crash at 9000 S. State Street in Sandy on Monday night.

According to Sgt Michael Olsen with the Sandy Police Department, westbound 9000 South is shut down at 60 East until State Street while the investigation takes place. Police said the investigation will likely take several hours.
