Car crashed into West Haven apartment building

SALT LAKE CITY — A car was reported to have slid off the roadway due to slick road conditions in West Haven on Sunday morning. The car crashed into an apartment complex, according to Weber Fire Chief Chazz Pearmain.
Pearmain said Weber Fire District, Roy City Fire and rescue units were dispatched to the crash just after 8 a.m. at 3560 Midland Drive.
When rescue units arrived, they found the car had crashed into a lower-level apartment. Two people were reported to be inside. No injuries were reported.
The driver of the car was reported to be able to get themselves out of the vehicle and was uninjured as well.
According to Pearmain, rescue units then stabilized the patio of the apartment above the crash using a para tech shoring strut.
