Helicopter emergency lands in Herriman

HERRIMAN, Utah — Mechanical issues led to a helicopter pilot having to perform an emergency landing in a Herriman field on Saturday.
The Unified Fire Authority said in an Instagram post that the mechanical issues happened during a training flight for auto rotation.
“Although the landing was rough there were no injuries,” UFA said in the post.
The Herriman helicopter landing is currently under investigation, according to UFA.
