Man identified after hospital asked for public’s help identifying him

SALT LAKE CITY — Hospital employees were asking for the public’s help identifying a man they said was brought in with no documentation or evidence of his identity. A family member has since contacted the hospital and positively identified him.
A press release from CommonSpirit Health states the man was found on Sunday, Feb. 15, at approximately 11 a.m. He was found at an apartment complex near 150 S. 300 E.
After his discovery, a local ambulance and police brought the man to a nearby hospital.
The hospital describes the man as possibly Hispanic or Middle Eastern, approximately 30-years-old, with brown eyes and short dark brown hair, a “well-groomed” beard and mustache. The release states the man is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weights approximately 150 lbs.
He has multiple tattoos. One on his upper chest, a large multi-colored butterfly, and multiple on his arms including a a mosaic-style flower, a large cursive letter and a red teddy bear.
