SALT LAKE CITY — A 39-year-old man was arrested on Friday for allegedly taking part in a fight while on probation or parole.

Salt Lake City Police identified the man as Zachary Holman. According to a news release, the alleged fight happened on Thursday near 120 W 1300 South.

Police said they found evidence linking Holman to the incident, giving them probable cause to arrest him. Holman was later taken into custody on Friday.

According to the news release, he was arrested on charges for forcible sexual abuse, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment.

“According to court documents, it is further alleged that at the time of the alleged attack, Holman was on probation or parole,” the SLCPD said.
