Rock climbers rescued after falling in remote area of American Fork Canyon

PROVO — Two rock climbers were rescued after falling in the Little Mill area of American Fork Canyon, according to the Utah County Sheriff’s office.

Both Utah County Search and Rescue and Life Flight responded to assist in the rescue.

One patient was transported to a local hospital for possible back injuries. However, the condition of the hikers is currently unknown.

Video taken by Chopper 5 showed the successful rescue.
