A Duchesne man armed with a knife and allegedly threatening a Utah Highway Patrol trooper was safely taken into custody on Sunday thanks to the help of a good Samaritan.

Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry interviewed Bret Rawson of the law firm Nelson Jones, general counsel of the Utah Fraternal Order of Police and a former police officer, to discuss if you should intervene on the side of law enforcement during a confrontation.
