Fireworks restrictions are back for Pioneer Day… sort of. After Gov. Spencer Cox implemented a hybrid restriction policy, Bountiful Mayor Kate Bradshaw applauded the governor’s decision to grant local control with regard to firework bans. Here’s what else she had to say.
