Video: TikTok settles as social media giants face landmark trial over youth addiction claims

A court in California is hearing the first “bellwether” case brought by the public against social media companies for their addictive and targeted algorithms being used against children. ABC’s Tech Reporter Mike Dobuski walks through the case and what this could mean for social media going forward. Mike also brings the latest on what’s happened with the Tik Tok app since U.S took majority ownership.
