PROVO, Utah — One victim is left dead after fire crews say a house fire broke out Friday morning near 1600 West and 1050 North in Provo.
Officials say the fire was in an outbuilding behind a home. Crews responded after people in the area called officials with reports of an explosion.
Provo Fire’s Sam Armstrong, confirmed there was an explosion and said two people, spouses, were home at the time.
Neighbors claimed the homeowners were in their 80’s and lived there with their granddaughter.
