Flash flood warnings issued in 3 Utah counties

SALT LAKE CITY — The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Garfield, Wayne, and Duchesne Counties.
NWS says to avoid walking or driving through flood waters. If you see flooding, NWS says to move to higher ground immediately.

Duchesne flooding
The Duchesne County Flood Warning reported a mudslide at the Yellow Pine Campground. Families camping there have been informed by park rangers that departure or return might be delayed for two to four days due to severe mudslides and flooding. Many campers have gone to elevated cabins to escape the hazardous conditions.
