PROVO, Utah — The Provo Municipal airport remains closed due to a crash that killed a man. The airport is not expected to reopen until Wednesday afternoon.

A small aircraft carrying four people crashed Monday afternoon immediately after takeoff from the Provo airport.

Another person on board was hospitalized in critical condition according to new information from Provo City.

The other two people aboard the plane reportedly received minor bumps and bruises.

An investigation by the FAA and NTSB continues.
