Police investigating homicide at Midvale massage parlor

MIDVALE, Utah — Unified Police are investigating after a woman was found dead inside a Midvale massage parlor Thursday night.
UPD said detectives were able to determine the woman was the victim of a “brutal and tragic” homicide.
According to UPD Sgt. Aymee Race, officers got a phone call about suspicious circumstances at A+ Massage in Midvale.
When police arrived, they found the deceased woman.
Two people at the parlor were detained and interviewed with the help of a translator. No suspects have been named.
The UPD hasn’t released any further information on the identity of the woman at this time. They are working on notifying her next of kin.
