White House says recently shot down flying objects are not UFOs

SALT LAKE CITY — Are these flying objects the US took down actually UFOs? The White House says no, but that’s not stopping people from believing they’re proof that we’re not alone in the Universe.

However, if these objects were UFOs, some reporters questioned whether the White House would even admit it.

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre laughed the question off.

“There is no- again no- indication of aliens or extraterrestrial activity with these recent takedowns,” she said in a press conference.

But this might actually make more people think it’s exactly what the White House says it isn’t. Social media is full of these theories right now.

University of Utah professor Paul Ricketts said it’s something he’s heard for years.

“Aliens from another planet flying here and moving around our skies, and somebody spots them and takes a terrible picture of them,” he said. “You know that these ones can’t be that, because the images of the objects are too good.”

Ricketts also said if it were aliens, they’d probably be too advanced to travel to our planet just to get shot down.

Perhaps, maybe they just haven’t seen Independence Day and they don’t know what we’re capable of, until now.

The Beehive State has a lot of people who believe they’ve already seen a UFO.

More than 1,400 UFO sightings have been reported, mostly in Salt Lake City, since 1998.
