The iconic mansion from ‘Home Alone’ is coming to Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — A replica of the red-brick mansion from the movie “Home Alone” will be featured in the 2026 Parade of Homes in St. George.
Nathan Shaffer and Tanner Garfield are partners with Strata Homes, and they’ve collaborated with architect Josh Warner and House West Design to model the home based on recent photos of the famous home’s listing.

Shaffer said the replica will be bigger than the original.
“There’s a portion of the home that is a replica of the home from the exterior, and then we’ve updated it or modernized it a little bit,” he said. “Because the area where we’re building it calls for much larger homes—even than what the home is in the movie—we’ve added on to it as well and added components of that home that you would hope to find in a home of that caliber and that size.”

Shaffer said the decorations are inspired by the movie set, including the Wet Bandits’ van and the Little Nero’s Pizza delivery car.
“We decided to recreate it and then just kind of give it a twist to make it more like something that would lay out well and fit into a community here in the St. George area.”

He hopes people will have fun touring the home and recognizing the spaces.
The house will be for sale following the Parade of Homes for approximately $7 million.
