A three-car crash in South Jordan claims the life of a woman

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah — A three-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon in South Jordan claimed the life of a woman.
According to the South Jordan City Police Department, the accident took place at 845 West and 10600 South. It occurred at 2:15 p.m.
The victim was transported to an area hospital. However, she passed away after leaving the accident.
Also according to South Jordan police, another adult and some children were also transported to a hospital as a precaution.
The name of the victim has not been released. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
