SALT LAKE CITY – Take a break and escape to a medicinal herb garden!

Watch Maria Shilaos from the KSL Greenhouse Show and Sheriden Hansen from Utah State University Extension as they walk through Hansen’s medicinal herb garden at the USU Botanical Gardens.

Hansen said she chose to grow medicinal herbs after researching the historical usage of plants for medicine.

The most interesting thing she found has to do with the taste of the stevia.
