SALT LAKE CITY — One person was injured during a crash at an intersection in Magna on Friday.

Sgt Aymee Race with the Unified Police Department said a vehicle attempted to make a lefthand turn when they collided with another vehicle at 8400 w 3500 South.

“One person (was) transported in fair condition,” Race said. “We’re going to have southbound from 3500 S to 4100 South closed.”

Race said drivers should also expect a few lanes on northbound 8400 west to be closed due to the crash.

As of 9:50 a.m., the crash was still being cleaned up while police continued to investigate.
