SALT LAKE CITY — Major Brent Taylor was a member of the Utah National Guard and the mayor of North Ogden, but he’s remembered as a man of character who lived to serve others. Family members say they knew what his deployment to Afghanistan might mean. KSL Newsradio’s Dan Bammes has more.
