SALT LAKE CITY — Two people are hospitalized after a shooting at the State Street Boxing Gym in downtown Salt Lake City early Sunday morning. One person was shot in the hand and the other in the leg, according to Gephardt Daily. 

Both victims were male — one was 18 years old and the other was 32 — and transported to the hospital around 3:30 a.m. in stable condition, Salt Lake City Lt. Steve Wooldridge confirmed with KSL NewsRadio. 

Officers told Gephardt Daily there may have been a party when the shootout began, but they only found two victims. However, Wooldridge could not confirm to KSL whether there was a party or what details led up to the incident. 

Glass was shattered outside and police found shell casings from two different caliber weapons inside and outside of the gym area. Officers are unsure of a motive or suspect.
