Judge dismisses Crumbl lawsuit against Crave

SALT LAKE CITY — A lawsuit between two Utah cookie companies, Crumbl Cookies and Crave Cookies, is now over.

A judge has just dismissed a lawsuit from Crumbl against competitor Crave, according to court documents.

Crumbl was upset with Crave, saying the company was essentially a complete rip-off of what it is doing.

Both companies filed to have everything dismissed, and that’s exactly what a judge has done.

It is not currently known why the companies have suddenly agreed.

Despite the lawsuit dismissal, the Utah Cookie wars are still not over.

Crumbl is still suing Dirty Dough, another cookie company for alleged infringement of its intellectual property.
