SALT LAKE CITY — On Thursday, Provo Police Officer Trenton Halladay was placed on Utah’s fallen officer memorial wall. He died in 2006 of liver cancer at 37.

Today’s ceremony to honor Halladay at the State Capitol is significant for many reasons.
