Marginal risk for Severe weather in parts of Utah today

SALT LAKE CITY — The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City said in a tweet that there is a marginal risk that portions of Utah will see severe weather today (Saturday, May 15).

The main threats listed are wind gusts of up to 50 mph and quarter-sized hail.
They said to keep an “eye to the sky” this afternoon or evening if you are considering outdoor activities in northern Utah, and listen to live weather updates at the top and bottom of each hour on KSL Newsradio, 102.7 FM and 1160 AM and on KSLNewsradio.com.
