Car drives through window of Zions Bank in Tremonton

TREMONTON, Utah – A sedan drove through the windows of a Zions Bank in Tremonton just before 4 p.m.
Sgt Josh Kearl with Tremonton Police said that the female driving the vehicle attempted to avoid another vehicle but ended up hitting a telephone pole. Then, the driver reported trying to back out from the pole but instead reversed into the front of Zions Bank.
“She ended up being stuck in the vehicle, not due to any damages pinning her in the vehicle, she was stuck from the desks and stuff like that,” said Sgt Josh Kearl.
No injuries occurred as a result of the accident. Sgt Kearl estimates over $1,500 in damages.
“Our concern or what we’re expecting are possible medical issues, we haven’t determined that at this time,” said Sgt Kearl.
