AMERICAN FORK CANYON, Utah — UDOT reports an avalanche at Tibble Fork Reservoir is affecting S.R. 144, the road that goes through American Fork Canyon, leaving some debris on the road Sunday night.

An avalanche across the road of American Fork Canyon has traffic down to one lane and left debris on the road.

The slide does not appear to be blocking the road, nor are there any reports of injuries or any people being involved in the slide.

Avalanche danger has been leveling off in the past days since Utah had a good storm, but it’s still relatively high.
