“Iris Gray has been working with special needs children since 2005. She stared as an aid supporting severely handicapped students so they could experience some of what most students do daily. She finished her education in 12014 to become a full time Special Education teacher. She has never asked about her pay grade nor her benefits. That is not the reason she goes to work everyday. She does not take time off. During the school year her students take priority over her wants.”
